HANGZHOU BANFF DOWN-FEATHER PRODUCTS CO.,LTD is located in the "capital city of China's down-feather industry"—Xiaoshan in the Zhejiang province. The company covers an area of 20,000 square meters and is very close to the Hzangshou International Airport which is only 25 minutes drive away. It is conveniently located near many major national highways, and amongst different National Industrial Development Zones, which speed up the transportation of raw materials and finished products.
After 18 years of rapid and steady development since 1992,we have grown into a sizable corporation which include over 800 employees, 600 sewing machines of many varieties, 27 large single-needle quilting machines, 6 multi-needle quilting machines,6 sets of needle detectors, 15 filling machines production departments which include testing, washing, quilting, sewing, inspection, filling and packing. We are now a modern bedding manufacturer with a full set of production chain, including product development, design, production and sales.
We pay strict attention on controlling the quality of products. All products are inspected under quality control procedure and have detailed QC records on file. The company had passed the ISO9000 quality management systems certification, as well as many international certifications (such as ITS, CSCC etc) and is authorized to use OEKO-TEX label.
